Hi Berlin people – I’m back!

After three wonderful years in Washington, DC, I’ve moved back to my old neighborhood in Berlin.

This move is also the main reason why things have been quiet here lately. Packing, relocating, and unplugging from one country and reconnecting in another takes time.

But now I’m back in the heart of Europe and looking forward to diving deeper into thinking in maps and the broader world of product work.

Here in Berlin, I’ll continue supporting product teams — helping them stay focused on business and customer success while moving forward with a shared understanding.

I’ll keep doing what I love

👉 Coaching product teams and leaders on how to make better decisions and getting buy-in (often using visual thinking tools)

👉 Training on practical topics like connecting feature requests to outcomes, identifying what matters most, and aligning on meaningful metrics

👉 Supporting product model transformations by starting with explaining principles, all the way to finding the next small improvement

👉 Facilitating workshops, giving talks, and sparking new conversations
